19-Jul to 25-Jul Awesome Plan

This week (19-July to 25-July) I added one more to-do. I want to:

  • Drink at least 1,5L of water/day
  • 3x Exercise (at least 20 minutes)
  • Follow the 30-day squats challenge
  • 3x greek yogurt with muesli for dinner
  • Voluntary chore around the house (to keep my parents happy) /day

Day 2

Good morning! 😀 (or night, or afternoon!)

My to-do list for today is:

– Get a 1,5L bottle of water

Still don’t have one. I’ve been drinking from 0,5L bottles.

– Unpack my bag (still haven’t done it)

Ok, it’s finally done! 🙂

– Drink 1,5L of water

Done!

– Do 55 squats

Done!

– Have greek yogurt with muesli for dinner

I didn’t do this because my parents decided to go out for dinner and lunch (we went out yesterday too). So basically it’s my 3rd meal out in a row (dinner,lunch,dinner). I had the best time but of course the food choices were pretty bad….

Feels weird not to weigh myself but I know it’s for the best. Yesterday I exercised and drank a little bit more water but my food choices were not the best. I binged and we went out for dinner, in an all-you-can-eat buffet. Need I say more?

No exercise today, yay!

Day 1

Ok so it’s 9 AM here in Portugal so good morning!

I decided to weigh myself this morning, so I could have a set initial weight.

So…

Initial weight: 75.8kg (167.1 lbs)

It’s bad but that’s why I’m here. From now on, I don’t want to see any number bigger than that on the scale.

My next weigh-in will be aprox. one month from now, on the 10th of August, so I’m going to keep the scale hidden in the closet, to avoid temptation. I used to weigh myself every morning but I would get discouraged because some days I didn’t lose weight and I thought I had done everything perfect the day before.

My to-do list for today is:

– Unpack my bag (I was on vacation in Algarve for two weeks, it was awsome!)

Not done. I’ll do it tomorrow.

– Drink 1,5L of water

Drank about 1L. I’ll try and improve it tomorrow. Still need to get a 1,5L bottle.

– Do 50 squats

OMG I just did it all in one go. Damn my legs are shaking….

– Exercise for 20 minutes at least

I did it! 🙂 I hated it so much but when I washed my face afterwards, it felt amazing! 😀
