This week (19-July to 25-July) I added one more to-do. I want to:
- Drink at least 1,5L of water/day
- 3x Exercise (at least 20 minutes)
- Follow the 30-day squats challenge
- 3x greek yogurt with muesli for dinner
- Voluntary chore around the house (to keep my parents happy) /day
